Antariksh just got back from a successful US Tour and they did not bring home souvenirs; they brought home the chaos. The Indian Rock act, led by founder and frontman Varun Rajput, has returned with the new single “Sabki Kahani” (The Story of Everyone). It is a sharp, satirical take on modern life, the fine line between conviction and ego, and the unavoidable moment of truth that follows. This track is not merely a commentary; it is a mirror reflecting the contradictions and outright comedy of our times, and it sets the stage for one of the most anticipated releases of the year.

Varun Rajput’s own story embodies the relentless pursuit of passion that defines the band’s music. His professional trajectory, engineer turned management consultant turned full time musician, is summed up in one powerful word: Persistence. While his musical roots stretch back to playing in a band in 2006, the "becoming a musician" is, as he puts it, an "ongoing process." This humility, paired with his dedication to the craft, has cemented Antariksh as a powerhouse in the Rock/Pop scene, blending accessibility with intellectual depth.

“Sabki Kahani” is the first taste of the band's upcoming third full length release, ‘Rehguzar’—a concept album that took nearly a year to compose, record, produce, mix, and master. The album's central concept came together in a burst of creativity; Rajput conceptualized the entire narrative arc in a single four hour session while sipping coffee in his living room. This blend of spontaneous inspiration and dedicated execution, recording at Antariksh Studios and Synergy Studios, is the hallmark of the band's sound.

The influences on Antariksh are suitably epic, pointing toward a sophisticated, progressive sound. Rajput cites the complexity of Pain of Salvation and Dream Theater, the theatrical majesty of Queen, and the atmospheric textures of Pink Floyd. This broad palette informs their music, yet the core message remains universally accessible, focusing on narratives that resonate with the everyday listener. The band’s commitment to sophisticated storytelling is beautifully encapsulated in Rajput’s favorite quote from Alan Watts: "Life is not prickles or goo, its gooey prickles or prickly goo."

With the striking artwork designed by Ishita Singh setting the visual tone, Antariksh is not just releasing a song; they are unveiling a world. The anticipation for the full concept album ‘Rehguzar’ is palpable, and based on the precision and wit of “Sabki Kahani,” it is guaranteed to be a landmark release. A band led by a guitarist whose dream collaborations range from Daniel Gildenlow and John Petrucci to India’s own Shankar Mahadevan is clearly aiming high. Antariksh is defining the sound of contemporary Indian Rock—honest, complex, and persistently brilliant.
