Tan'nin - "Zariyaa"

Tanmay Rajput, also known by his stage name Tan'nin, is a professional beatboxer hailing from New Delhi. With a decade of experience in the art of beatboxing, he has established himself as a respected figure in the local music scene. As a member of the PINT BEATBOX CREW, a collective of beatboxers, Tan'nin has been able to collaborate and learn from other talented musicians in the community.

In 2020, Tan'nin decided to branch out and explore new creative avenues. He began experimenting with music production and released his debut single, "Zariyaa," in 2021. The track is written from a third-person point of view and tells the story of a person who has left behind an addiction but struggles to find new ways to experience it, ultimately affecting those around them. The spoken poetry in the track is set to a backdrop of ambient and theatrical sounds, creating a unique and emotive listening experience.

"Zariyaa" showcases Tan'nin's versatility and range as a musician, and it has been well-received by audiences. The track is a powerful reminder of the impact addiction can have on individuals and their loved ones. Charitrh - "Thy Love Left The World"

Hardik, also known by his artist/stage name Charitrh, is a singer-songwriter and producer hailing from Mumbai. He is known for his classic rock n’ roll sound, which is heavily influenced by artists and bands such as Guns N’ Roses, Queen, Pink Floyd, Green Day, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Bob Dylan, and A. R. Rahman. These artists have inspired him to take his songwriting into uncharted territories, exploring the ugliness beneath the beauty.

Charitrh has just released his debut single, "Thy Love Left The World," which is an eight-minute rock song that brings the ambiance and sounds of authentic old-school Rock N’ Roll. The song features two different tones of guitars to display the power and color, followed by an acoustic and a piano to tame the ferocity and bring forth the ballad side. The lyrics are an interpretation of the thoughts of every middle-class soldier forced to join the military in exchange for some pennies and protection, which he uses to support his family and simply keep moving forward until death confronts them. The song is sung through angry, high-pitched vocals.

Charitrh recorded the track using Logic Pro and set up two mics (one dynamic and one condenser) in front of the Marshall MG30CFX. He recorded using two different tones and different playing styles, and a similar technique was performed with the acoustic guitar. He sang all of the lead and background vocals and utilized a variety of built-in software instruments, including drums, synths, piano, and bass. The track was written, performed, and produced by Charitrh, and mixed and mastered by Swapnil Singh (@swapnilsingh4) over the course of ten months at home.

Charitrh continues to engage with his audience by uploading covers on YouTube and Instagram, as a method to promote his music. With the release of his debut single, Charitrh has proven himself to be a talented and ambitious musician, and fans can expect to hear more powerful and authentic rock n’ roll from him in the future.
