14-year-old singer/song writer Trisha releases her debut single "i'm tired"

The way to get started is to quit talking and start doing - Walt Disney. This is a quote that inspired Trisha at a very young age. Today she is a 14-year-old singer/songwriter that is looking toward a blooming future ahead. Currently based in Chennai, Trisha found her love for music at the age of 4. By the age of 8, she was already taking piano lessons and by 10 she started vocal coaching. Being an active musician on Youtube, she has been uploading to the platform for a year now with some over 22,000 listens to her music.

Trisha released her debut single "I'm tired" on 20th May and which is also the first song she has ever written. Trisha wrote the lyrics last year when she was going through a bad phase in her life. The feeling of monotony was driving her crazy and she felt like there was no one to understand what she was feeling. She told us "I pictured these fantasies in my head that more or less described what I felt, and wrote a song about it. Fantasies were my way of escaping from the world. and I did that by walking down highways; It might seem cliche, but I compiled these thoughts into an original song of my own".

The track was recorded at her piano teacher’s recording studio. Her voice has a mature husk to it which makes it gleams out beautifully. Her vocal range spans over 4 octaves which give her command over her voice to sing in styles like Pop, R&B, Soul, Blues, Jazz, Neo-jazz. She has also performed at a few international venues, such as La Perla and La Pyramide in the Republic of Congo. She has also performed at the Dia de los Muertos Carnival and the Miller Outdoor Theatre in Houston.
